A joint venture between the City of East Peoria, the FonduLac Park District and East Peoria Community High School. Created to provide and promote the theatrical arts by bringing new plays and musicals to the area and to provide an educational program for developing the artistic and dramatic talents of the tri-county area youth and adults.
